Trade shows move fast, and you only get one chance to capture them. I film the stand, the conversations, the product demos, and the atmosphere, then edit it into a highlights package you can use for social media, email campaigns, and future event marketing. I also film short interviews on the day with visitors, partners, and team members, which add a personal layer and double up as testimonial content.

I offer two approaches depending on what you need. Full conference coverage captures the whole event: keynotes, panel discussions, breakout sessions, and networking. Speaker and session recordings focus on individual presentations, giving you standalone content that attendees can revisit and you can share with people who couldn't be there. Both are shot with clean audio and multiple angles so the final product looks and sounds professional.
TEAM EVENT
VIDEOS
Training days, away days, workshops, and team building sessions. These videos serve two purposes: they capture the content of the event for people who missed it, and they create internal marketing material that shows your company culture in action. I keep the approach natural and unobtrusive so the event runs as planned and the footage feels authentic.

Award ceremonies are full of great moments: the speeches, the reactions, the celebrations. I film the whole evening and deliver a polished highlights video that you can share with winners, sponsors, and your wider audience. These videos are excellent for internal comms, social media, and for showing the culture and values behind your organisation.
FAQ
1. How much does event video production cost?
It depends on the length of the event, the number of cameras needed, and what you want delivered. A single-camera half-day shoot with a highlight edit starts from around £900. Multi-camera, full-day conference coverage with individual session recordings will cost more. Get in touch and I’ll put together a quote based on your specific event.
2. Can you film an event with just one camera?
Yes, and for most corporate events, one camera operated well is better than multiple unmanned cameras. I move with the event, anticipate the key moments, and make sure the audio is clean throughout. For larger events with simultaneous sessions, I can bring in additional crew.
3. What do I receive after the event?
A main highlights edit, typically two to five minutes, plus any additional deliverables we agree on beforehand. That might include individual speaker recordings, social media cutdowns, or a longer archive edit. I deliver everything within one to two weeks.
4. Do you also do event photography?
My focus is video, but I pull high quality stills from the footage as part of every event package. If you need a dedicated photographer alongside, I can recommend someone I work with regularly.
